- Product and technology
training for physicians and therapists
- Arrange for oxygen customer
travel
- 24 hour emergency service
- Maintaining inventory
in a new or near new condition (quality product)
- Cleaning of equipment
- On-time delivery and
service
- Maintaining well
stocked showroom for product selection
- Walk-in sales and
service hours (8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday)
- Loaner products while customer’s
product is in for service
- 4 Mastectomy Fitters on
staff
- Instruction on
equipment operation and safety to customer, family and caregiver
- Provide oxygen
conserving devices for customer’s ease of portability of O2
per physicians order
- Providing equipment in
special cases prior to being able to bill for them
- Accepting assignment
(accepting a lesser payment rate than what is possible)
